Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days of payment being received. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery times
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard delivery: 3–5 business days
- Express delivery: typically 1–2 business days (where available)
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Express delivery is a faster service but does not guarantee next-day delivery.
Shipping costs
Each With You Box is packed and shipped individually in its own carton.
Shipping costs are shown at checkout and depend on the delivery option selected.
Order tracking
Where tracking is available, you will receive a tracking reference once your order has been dispatched.
