Who is the With You Box suitable for?
The With You Box is designed for anyone going through a difficult time. Whether they're navigating grief, illness, burnout, uncertainty or another difficult life event, it's a simple way to let them know you’re thinking of them.
Is it only for bereavement?
No. While many people choose to send a With You Box following a bereavement, it's also suitable for other difficult life moments when someone needs to know they’re being thought of.
This might include:
- Serious illness or a new diagnosis
- Someone going through treatment or recovery
- A relationship breakdown or separation
- A significant loss or life change
- A period of emotional or personal difficulty
- Supporting someone through a difficult time at work
- A friend or loved one going through something you may not fully understand
- Simply letting someone know “I’m here” when words are difficult

Why are there two tealight holders?
The two handcrafted holders are a quiet reminder that difficult times don't have to be faced alone.
Light one.
Light both.
Or simply keep them as they are.
There is no right way to use the box.
Are the tealights scented?
No. The tealights are intentionally unscented. This keeps the experience simple and avoids introducing a fragrance that may not be suitable for everyone.
Can I personalise the message?
The message itself is the same for every box and has been carefully written to acknowledge what someone may be going through without expecting anything from them.
We will, however, personalise the card with the recipient's and sender's names. If you don't provide names, the card will not be personalised.
Can I send it directly to the recipient?
Yes. You can have the box delivered directly to the recipient. Simply enter their delivery address during checkout.
No pricing information is included inside the box.
Does the box arrive ready to give?
Yes. Each With You Box is carefully wrapped in tissue and presented inside a kraft magnetic keepsake box, ready to be given straight to the recipient.
No additional gift wrapping is needed.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days of payment being received. Orders placed on weekends and bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Express delivery is a faster service but does not guarantee next-day delivery.

Can I track my order?
Where tracking is available, you'll receive a tracking reference once your order has been dispatched.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Can I order more than one?
Yes. Each With You Box is packed and shipped individually in its own carton. If you'd like to order more than one, please get in touch with us at hello@thewithyoucompany.com and we'll be happy to help with your order.
If you're sending boxes to different addresses, please place a separate order for each delivery address.

What are the dimensions of the With You Box?
Each handcrafted concrete tealight holder measures 4.3cm high, with a 7cm diameter and weighs approximately 200g. Each holder fits a 38mm tealight.
- Presentation box: 21.3cm × 17cm × 8.7cm.
- Postal carton: 22cm × 17.8cm × 10.3cm.
