How does the Workplace Organisational Licence Agreement work?
The With You Workplace Toolkit is licensed to one legal organisation for its own internal use.
The Toolkit can be used across your organisation's locations, departments, teams and sites, provided they form part of the same legal organisation.
There is no limit on the number of employees, managers or other authorised internal users who can use the Toolkit.
Can we adapt the With You Workplace Toolkit resources for our organisation?
Yes. The Toolkit can be adapted or customised for your organisation's own internal purposes. Any adapted materials remain for your organisation's internal use and the underlying intellectual property remains with The With You Company.
Can we share the Toolkit with external consultants or other organisations?
No. The organisational licence is for internal use within the purchasing organisation only.
The Toolkit and its materials must not be shared with external consultants, other organisations, clients, suppliers or other third parties without prior written permission.
If you need to use the Toolkit across multiple separate legal organisations, please get in touch to discuss additional licensing options.
Is the With You Workplace Toolkit a subscription?
No. The Toolkit is a one-off purchase with a perpetual organisational licence. There is no subscription and no per-user fee.
Does the Workplace Organisational Licence expire?
No. The organisational licence is perpetual, subject to its terms.
Does the With You Workplace Toolkit include future Companion Guides or other resources?
No. The Toolkit includes the products and materials listed as part of the purchase. Future Companion Guides, additional resources and new products are not automatically included and may be offered separately as the product range develops.
What happens if we need help accessing the With You Workplace Toolkit?
If you experience a genuine technical problem accessing a product you've purchased, please get in touch and we'll do our best to resolve it. Replacement access may be provided where appropriate.
